Carpenter and Main Hours
The Bistro
is open from 5:30-10:00 (5:30-9:00 on Sundays)
The two Dining Rooms are open from 6:00 until 9:00
We are closed Monday and Tuesday.

The Bistro is operated on a first-come, first-served basis. A more casual menu is served there. The fine dining menu is also available in the Bistro until 9 o'clock, when the Dining Rooms close. No reservations are accepted in the Bistro.
We encourage reservations in our two Dining Rooms where we only serve out fine dining menu.
